What is counselling?

Person-Centred Therapy is a style of counselling that puts the client in control.  You are the expert in yourself, your experiences and emotions.  We will explore your challenges in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space and through that sharing will begin the process of accepting and growing beyond them.

I have also been trained in techniques from Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy and mindfulness and will use these when appropriate.
